Well, things are winding down here for us in Henderson. We finally closed escrow on our San Diego house in June and we have plans to move into our house in Longmont on July 15th! Yay! There's a lot of shopping to be done to fill the house but that shouldn't be too hard to do. Blair and Darlene are coming down for 5 days as well to help with the girls while we get settled that weekend.
Janelle recently accepted a per diem job at the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center in Boulder. This job is much like what she did in San Diego and has flexible hours. Should be great! Training starts next week and we're planning on maybe a once a week or every two week shift there. Ehren continues plugging along with his work and will be making a business trip to San Diego again this month. It's going to be a busy couple of weeks!
Once we get into our house, we only have a couple weeks before we head to Canada for the Sterling reunion...the long weekend in Aug. We're looking forward to that. After that we're looking forward to a visit from Joop and Rose. As for this weekend...Happy Canada Day and Happy 4th! We took a trip to Eldorado State Park this weekend and had a nice time. Emily met some new friends and we went on a bit of a hike after a nice picnic. We also went to Six Flags and had a good time on the rides and the water park...and then got rained out big time in the late afternoon. Oh well, it was a lot of fun while it lasted!
