December 2006

Well, November has been a quiet month for us. We started off with having Joop & Rose visit for a week. It was great to see them as it had been over a year since our last visit with them. We did a bit of shopping and they took in the Celestial Seasonings tour at the factory close by.

This month we spent a few days doing some more painting in our house. We painted our office as well as the guest room (which will be Jaelynn's room in a month or two). We'd like to get her into her new room in the new year so she has a few months to "adapt" before her younger sibling arrives. This kept us busy until Thanksgiving weekend!

Thanksgiving was great as we got to spend it with some family this year. We had Deana & Jay as well as Jay's parents come for dinner. We then also had some friends from back in our Shellbrook days come join us...Regan & Mike Mizuno and Sheri & Aidan and their girls. It was great as we ate a lot and got in some good visiting. With a four day weekend Ehren took off on Saturday with Deana & Jay and went snowboarding...they had some great weather! The girls and I stayed behind and started getting into the Christmas spirit by putting up our Christmas tree! Quite a lot of excitement!

This week we had our anatomy ultrasound in which we chose to go to Denver for. Things are looking great and you can check out our latest pictures on our website. Baby's measuring pretty big and was very active. We've got another busy body! :-)

Not much else to report. The next few weeks will be quiet until the arrival of our Christmas company. One piece of info...we have our citizenship interview on Dec. 7th! Keep your fingers crossed for us! It's been a long time since we've taken an exam :-). After this we have to swear in and be done! We'll update you in the New Year!!
